Inspired by the specialty groceries of Boston's North End, Pasta & Provisions opened its doors in November 1992 on Providence Road in the heart of Myers Park neighborhood, offering a variety of fresh pastas, fine provisions, and the best selection of Italian wine in Charlotte. Even today as we have expanded to three locations around town, the Providence Road shop remains the heartbeat of the company: all of our fresh pasta and ravioli is made in this kitchen, where the signature pasta zip line is still running freshly cut pasta orders from back of house to the counter.
