ENTREES

After marinating overnight in balsamic vinegar, oil and spices, boneless chicken breasts are grilled on a skewer. The smoky meat is smothered in a tangy sauce of lemons and onions, artichoke hearts, and sun-dried tomatoes to become Grilled Chicken Viennese, just one of our hearty meals-to-go packed in microwaveable containers. Served with a steaming side of fresh pasta tossed in a regional olive oil, it makes everyday gourmet affordable and easy. Fresh or frozen entrees prepared in our kitchen include such traditional Italian favorites as a substantial baked ziti covered in cheese, hand-breaded and sautéed eggplant Parmesan, and savory meatballs in a spicy marinara sauce.

Chicken Marsala
Boneless chicken breasts lightly floured and sautéed with mushrooms and shallots in butter, veal stock, and Marsala wine.

Chicken Picatta
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with shallots, capers, lemon, and white wine.

Grilled Chicken Viennese
Boneless chicken breast marinated overnight in our house balsamic vinaigrette, grilled on a skewer, then covered with a savory sauce of onions, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, lemon, and sweet basil.

Baked Ziti
Fresh ziti with meat sauce and hot Italian sausage, or with meatless marinara sauce. Both styles generously topped with ricotta, Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.

Chicken or Eggplant Parmesan
Lightly dusted in herbed Italian bread crumbs and sautéed to perfection; topped with zesty marinara, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
