All of our entrees are made in house and are ready to re-heat and serve over pasta or rice.

Chicken Marsala
Boneless chicken breasts lightly breaded and baked with mushrooms and shallots in butter, veal stock, and Marsala wine.

Chicken Picatta
Boneless chicken breast lightly breaded and baked with shallots, capers, lemon, and white wine.

Grilled Chicken Viennese
Boneless chicken breast brined overnight, then grilled, covered with a savory sauce of onions, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, lemon, and sweet basil.

Baked Ziti
Fresh ziti with meat sauce and hot Italian sausage, or with meatless marinara sauce. Both styles generously topped with ricotta, Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.

Chicken or Eggplant Parmesan
Lightly dusted in herbed Italian bread crumbs and baked to perfection; topped with zesty marinara, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

Meatballs in Sauce
Twelve beef & pork meatballs in our marinara sauce, ready to heat and serve.  Also available in our bolder pomodoro sauce.

Braised Short Ribs

Beef short ribs slow cooked with onion, celery, carrots, garlic and spices, served in our pomodoro sauce.

Grilled Chicken Pomodoro

Boneless chicken breast brined overnight, cut and placed over our pomodoro sauce

Mushroom Risotto

Porcini, cremini, and button mushrooms sauted with onions and garlic, then incorporated into risotto with mushroom stock, parmesan and romano cheese.
